Production Management

Zhongyou Company adopts lean production management, people-oriented, and values employee training. Cadres at all levels adopt performance evaluation methods, adhering to the important concept of quality first and ensuring quality as production.

The production process must go through sample preparation, small-scale trial production, reliable verification, and comprehensive evaluation before it can be imported into large-scale production.

All products are produced according to the production management plan, and all materials must undergo quality control inspection before they can be put online. After completing the product, it must undergo FQC 100% full inspection and OQC sampling before shipment to ensure quality.
